Pressure bottlers PEPA series are used for filling carbonated (saturated) beverages (beer, soft drinks, mineral water, wine) and a modification for filling non-carbonated beverages is available, as well. The filling is based on overpressure in the bottler tank, with a short air tube.
Beer (and/or a different beverage) is filled in an atmosphere containing CO2 or another inert gas and the machine can be perfectly cleaned in the CIP circuit.
Bottles can, by request, be evacuated before filling (glass ones in beer filling).
Pressure bottlers PEPA V and PO series
are used for filling non carbonated beverages (drinking water, noncarbonated mineral water, fruit juices, syrup, wine alcohol, table oil, and the like). The filler can be perfectly cleaned in the CIP circuit.

The bottlers are always made to order exactly in such a way that the customer is satisfied as far as possible.

VERSIONS
A)  Semiautomatic in-line bottlers - PEPA series:

The semiautomatic professional stainless equipment can be used in small breweries and other plants having very low output.
Both the bottler and crowner (if it is included in the delivery) are controlled by a programmable automatic device located on the bottler.
              Bottler operation (one operator):
                  - the operator opens the cover, puts in a specified number of bottles and shuts the cover
                  - starts the filling manually by pressing the button: valves go down to bottles pneumatically, necks are sealed, bottles are pressurized with CO2, evacuated once or twice if required, valves go up.
                  - operator takes out filled bottles by hand and transfers them to the crowning process.
              Crowner operation (another operator):
                  - the operator puts crowns on manually
                  - puts a bottle under the crowning head and starts closing with a button
                  - the bottle is automatically crowned
                  - operator takes out crowned bottle.
The bottler can be modified for PET bottle filling and a desktop screw closing machine
can be added.

Stainless semi- or fully automatic equipment is used in small breweries and other plants with low output. Both the bottler and crowner (if included) are controlled by a programmable automatic device.

C) Automatic linear step Triblock for rinsing, filling and capping of bottles type PEPA:

Automatic triblock type PEPA developed and manufactured by PALI spol. s r.o. (PALI Ltd.) is designed to fill beer and carbonated drinks into glass bottles. It allows two-channel spraying of new bottles as standard, filling of glass bottles with single or double evacuation and closing of bottles with crown corks or screw caps.

Semiautomatic version PEPA 2/2
It has two filling valves and two crowning heads. One operator is required.
PEPA 2/2 features compared with other bottlers:
     · higher output
     · just one operator is required for both filling and crowning
     · the operator does not work with unclosed full bottles
     · time between filling and crowning is very short and is very similar to continuous rotary machines
     · feeding and delivery conveyors, inlet and outlet stars for automatic operation are used.
Operation cycle:
     · the operator puts two bottles in the rotary feeding star (not working) manually
     · the rotary stepping mechanism puts the bottles under the filling valves and stops
     · filling takes place automatically (bottles are sealed under the valves, pressurized with CO2, possibly evacuated, filled)
     · while bottles are being filled, the operator puts another two bottles in the feeding star and also puts two crowns in the feeding track for closing the previous bottles
     · full bottles come under two crowning heads by rotating the feeding star, empty bottles come under filling valves
     · while the bottles are being filled and crowned, another two bottles are put in the feeding star as well as two crowns in the feeding track for closing the previous bottles,
     · full bottles come under two crowning heads by rotating the feeding star, empty bottles come under filling valves and return closed to the operator
     · while the bottles are being filled and crowned, another two bottles are put in the feeding star in exchange for full and crowned ones, and two crowns are put in the feeding track for closing the previous bottles,
     · the cycle is repeated again and again.
