Foaming device

A foaming device is an optional part of the filling block and is located right before the closing unit. It is used in filling of carbonated beverags, especially for beer. The device injects a thin jet of high temperature (sterile) water at pressures up to 30 bar to the filled bottle, resulting in formation of foam in the neck of the bottle. This process displaces the air from the neck and reduces the oxygen content in the beer.
